We really want you to join our market, but we also want to make sure our market follows every protocol required by Tarrant County!
That is why time and temp vendors must follow important rules laid out in the trifold provided by Tarrant County. Tarrant county does require and annual fee of $35 and if a market is cancelled it is not extended for the cancelled month. If you prep offsite, all prep must be done at a commercial kitchen and you are required to provide the agreement with your kitchen and current permitting for said kitchen. If you do all prep onsite and are cooking onsite, no need for a commercial kitchen. However, you must review the documentation and arrive with ALL required equipment to run a time and temp space. Additionally, if you have open samples these same rules apply.
