Farmers Market Vendor Unloading Requirements
The farmers market is doing their best to accommodate the local businesses and our vendors during loading in. It is imperative in order to stay in the good graces of our town and to KEEP the Crown Jewel of Pantego as our home that we follow the necessary requirements to best support this monthly event in an efficient and successful manner. ***ALL VENDORS HAVE A NEW ASSIGNED AREA AND TIME FOR UNLOADING***.
WE WILL HAVE A PARKING MONITOR ONSITE.
NOT FOLLOWING THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN YOU GETTING TURNED AWAY AT THE CUL-DE-SAC.
You will see 3 sections on the map below. North, South and East. Find your space on the map to determine your section of the map.
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NO UNLOADING ZONES IN THE MAP BELOW!!!
WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO UNLOAD IN THE FIRE ZONES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE!!!

FOOD TRUCKS
Spaces FT1-FT6 - Please arrive after 5PM through Park Rd.
NORTH
If you are located under the section labeled "North", you are required to unload from Smith Barry Rd. DO NOT ENTER FROM PARK RD, YOU WILL BE REJECTED!!! You MUST unload, then move your vehicle to Texas Appliance or the designated vendor parking area. Please do not linger to start setting up your booth before you move your vehicle ***VERY IMPORTANT***. We will have some help to unload you, but please be prepared. We are going to station people based on their number slots as to when they should arrive and when they should be out of the north parking spaces.
- Spaces 2 and 4-9 - Please unload between 3pm-3:20PM and have vehicles removed by 3:20PM
- Spaces 10-19 - Please unload between 3:20PM-3:40PM and have vehicles removed by 3:40PM
- Remaining North Spaces - Please unload Between 3:40pm-4PM and have vehicles removed by 4PM
SOUTH
If you are located under the section labeled "South", you must use the park parking only to unload. DO NOT ENTER FROM BEHIND NORTHLAKE USING EAST ENTRY!!! You MUST unload, then move your vehicle to Texas Appliance or the designated vendor parking area. Please do not linger to start setting up your booth before you move your vehicle ***VERY IMPORTANT***. We will have some help to unload you, but please be prepared. We are going to try to station people based on their number slots as to when they should arrive and when they should be out of the south parking spaces.
- Spaces C1-C7, 1,3,67, 20-29 - Please unload between 3pm-3:20PM and have vehicles removed by 3:20PM
- Space 38-49 - Please unload between 3:20pm-3:40PM and have vehicles removed by 4:40PM
- Remaining South Spaces - Please unload Between 3:40pm-4PM and have vehicles removed by 4PM
EAST
If you are located under the section labeled "East", You must use the parking spaces 1-6 COLORED GREY LABELED "LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY" in the map below to unload. DO NOT ENTER FROM PARK RD, YOU WILL BE REJECTED!!! YOU MUST ENTER AND EXIT behind Northlake Park through the East entry point shown on the map BELOW. You MUST unload using the "6" spaces in the grey area, then move your vehicle to Texas Appliance or the designated vendor parking area. Please do not linger to start setting up your booth before you move your vehicle ***VERY IMPORTANT***. We will have some help to unload you, but please be prepared. We are going to try to station people based on their number slots as to when they should arrive and when they should be out of the east parking spaces.
- Spaces 56-61 - Please unload between 3pm-3:20PM and have vehicles removed by 3:20PM
- Spaces 51-55 - Please unload between 3:20pm-3:40PM and have vehicles removed by 3:40PM
- Remaining East Spaces - Please unload Between 3:40pm-4PM and have vehicles removed by 4PM
WHERE TO PARK
Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans. We get it. If you are not going to make your designated time, all is not lost. You will need to unload from Smith Barry if you cannot make your time slot. By helping us keep to the schedule and accommodating these changes, our event will be successful.
